Renogy Expands Dealer Network, Introduces Feedback Program

Off-grid power solutions supplier Renogy has rolled out a new installer and technician feedback program to complement its in-house testing, giving dealers a more direct role in shaping future products.

Expanding Dealer Network

Vice President and Head of North America Operations Tiffany Dorin said the company’s rapid dealer growth — from 30 to 300 partners in just two years — has created the right conditions for the program.

“With the scale of our network today, we can partner with technicians who are already deeply familiar with our products,” Dorin said. “We want them doing the installs, living with the systems and then telling us exactly what works and what doesn’t. That voice from the field is invaluable to our innovation.”

Participating dealers, known as ambassadors, will install and test Renogy products for up to three months. Feedback will cover installation ease, system fit, product interface and clarity of instructions.

The initiative will launch with a select group of dealers across the U.S. and be managed by Renogy’s aftermarket team. Prospective participants can apply at certifiedoffgrid.com/research-ambassador.

Customization & Responsiveness

Dorin noted the program extends Renogy’s broader work with OEMs that increasingly require custom power solutions.

“Every customer has unique needs — sometimes it’s a battery that fits into an unusual space, sometimes it’s lightweight solar for a compact build,” Dorin said. “What sets Renogy apart is our ability to respond quickly. We can configure with existing products or design something new, and that flexibility builds real trust.”

Looking Ahead

Renogy said it continues to partner with RV manufacturers of all sizes, including specialty Class B and C builders seeking lighter, more compact systems. Dorin said the feedback program will help Renogy refine products for both the aftermarket and OEM channels.

“Ultimately, this is about meeting customers where they are,” Dorin said. “Some want a day off-grid, others want a week. By listening closely and responding quickly, we make sure their expectations are met — or exceeded.”
