In partnership with weIMPACT Group, Patrick Industries announced it has reaffirmed its longstanding ties to Elkhart with the reopening of its newly renovated office at 107 W. Franklin Street, in the heart of the city’s historic downtown.

Patrick Industries has called Downtown Elkhart home for more than 20 years, and this renovation builds on a renewed investment in the city’s growth, culture and collaborative spirit, according to a press release.

The revitalized Franklin Street building is part of a broader effort led by weIMPACT Group to restore and reimagine historic downtown Elkhart. Their mission includes breathing new life into aging structures and addressing the “missing teeth” in the city’s architectural landscape by reconnecting gaps in building facades and urban continuity, the press release said.

“Reopening our Franklin Street office strengthens our ability to work together as a team while contributing to the momentum of downtown Elkhart,” said Jeff Rodino, president, Patrick Industries. “This space will support how we operate today and how we continue to grow with our customers in the future.”

Patrick team members from key business functions have returned to the Franklin Street location, reaffirming its role as Downtown Elkhart’s largest employer, according to the press release. Additional teams remain nearby, including those on Jackson Boulevard, ensuring a strong and visible presence throughout downtown.

The renovated space now houses several core departments, including Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Executive Administration, Operations & Support, and Finance.

“Patrick’s continued partnership and leadership in Downtown Elkhart investment sets a powerful example, shown in restoring the Franklin Street building. Located in a prominent place on Main Street, this reestablishment is a big vote of confidence in the future of downtown’s continuous transformation. Their investment marks a bold leap forward in supporting the revitalization of our historic downtown,” said Dave Weaver, founder of weIMPACT, reflecting on the significance of Patrick’s presence downtown.

This move infuses fresh energy into Downtown Elkhart, creating a ripple effect that supports local businesses, strengthens the downtown economy and reinforces Patrick’s role as an anchor in the community, according to the press release.
