Trim-Lok has launched its All-in-One Slide Seal Cut-to-Length (CTL) Kit for RV slideouts. Built on the success of the All-in-One Slide Seal and Trim-Lok’s exclusive, utility-patented Seamless Corner installation method, the CTL Kit gives RV manufacturers a faster, more consistent way to install high-quality slideout seals while reducing errors and waste, the company said in a release.
For decades, RV manufacturers have struggled with one of the most persistent challenges in slideout sealing: leaks at the top outside corners. Gaps at junctions where seals meet often allow water intrusion, leading to costly warranty claims and dissatisfied customers. Trim-Lok’s Seamless Corner installation method — protected under U.S. Patent No. 11,287,044 and offered exclusively by Trim-Lok — is designed to reduce vulnerabilities by creating a continuous, more watertight seal around every corner, Trim-Lok said. The CTL Kit gives OEMs a ready-to-install, one-piece system — precut to the exact slide room opening with precision “arrow-style” notches already in place. Parts can be pulled directly from the box, peel, stick and seal — eliminating offline cutting, prep time and costly mistakes.
