Toy Storage Nation (TSN) announced an RV and boat storage workshop for entrepreneurs to learn all about diversified self-storage assets in Naples, Florida, held Dec. 5.
The accelerated one-day educational event covers all aspects of developing, investing and operating RV and boat storage facilities, the rising star in the storage industry, while also introducing entrepreneurs to other emerging, complementary storage assets.
“RV and boat storage is where self-storage was 25 to 30 years ago, before it grew into a multibillion-dollar industry,” said TSN Founder Troy Bix, a highly respected industry pioneer who launched the Inside Self-Storage brand nearly 35 years ago. “That means there’s plenty of opportunities for entrepreneurs to profit in toy storage just like they did in self-storage.
“The difference today is that nearly every city and town in America has their share of self-storage facilities, but very few have RV and boat storage,” he added. “The next generation of successful storage entrepreneurs is already adapting their business models to meet consumer need, which means integrating complementary services like RV/boat storage and flex space, truck parking and even marinas.”
