RVDA Con/Expo Workshop To Cover Customer-First F&I Business Models

Paul Sheldon, national director of specialty products for Spectrum Automotive Agency Division, will explore the essential F&I strategies that create a dealership culture that is customer-first and customer driven during a workshop at the upcoming RV Dealers Convention.
“Create and Maintain a Customer-Focused Dealership Culture Through F&I” will be presented from 8 to 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13, as part of the business innovation track of workshops.
F&I not only can be a profit center during a tough economy, but it also can be a reliable way to develop customer loyalty for RV dealerships.
Learning outcomes for this session:
- How to map the customers’ journey throughout the buying process, collaborating with the sales team to tailor finance presentations to meet them on a journey while providing a positive dealership experience.
- How to engage the entire dealership staff in promoting a customer-centric culture that will result in more sales and better long-term retention.
- How to successfully guide a customer through their finance and insurance options as opposed to trying to sell them, further enhancing their experience and peace of mind.
