Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel Announces Key Appointments
Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel announced several key leadership appointments.
Tim Miller, current president, will become chief executive officer. Connor Kruggel, national sales manager, will assume the role of president. Forrest Glogouski will be promoted from sales director to national sales manager – Northern region, while Maggie Graham and Katie Ferland will both become senior regional sales managers.
These promotions are designed to better align the organization with the needs of its growing customer portfolio and maintain the high standards for which Lionshead is known.
Tim Miller – CEO, Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel

Miller brings 25 years of experience in commercial banking and 13 years with Lionshead, including 10 years as president. His leadership and deep industry knowledge make him the ideal choice for CEO, Lionshead said. Miller will continue to drive growth, uphold operational excellence and ensure Lionshead’s commitment to best-in-class standards.
Miller holds a finance degree from Wittenberg University and an MBA from Western Michigan University. He serves on the regional board of First Merchants Bank and is an active member of Messiah Lutheran Church and its Finance Committee. He and his wife, Michele, have two grown children.
Connor Kruggel – President, Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel

Kruggel joined Lionshead with 15 years of leadership experience spanning sales management, client success, operations, and logistics. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in developing national accounts, shaping OEM sales strategies and aligning sales initiatives with manufacturing operations. As national sales manager since 2021, Kruggel has strengthened customer partnerships and driven market growth.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington and is active in various community improvement initiatives. He and his wife, Celeste, have two children.
Forrest Glogouski – National Sales Manager, Northern Region

Glogouski has served for five years in sales at Lionshead, consistently demonstrating strong product knowledge, cross-functional leadership and exceptional customer engagement. His customer-first approach positions him perfectly for the national sales team.
Glogouski holds an MBA from Lake Erie College, where he was a four-year starter and three-year captain on the wrestling team. He remains active in coaching local wrestlers and is a member of Grace Community Church. He and his wife, Taylor, have three sons.
Maggie Graham – Senior Regional Sales Manager

Graham brings more than three years of sales experience, a lifetime of product knowledge, and a natural talent for building lasting customer relationships. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening key accounts while mentoring and supporting newer team members.
Graham holds a degree from Butler University and is an active member of the RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA), participating in community improvement initiatives.
Katie Ferland – Senior Regional Sales Manager

Ferland has built several key accounts during her five years with Lionshead and has recently taken on responsibility for a significantly larger territory spanning the Northeast and extending down the East Coast into North Carolina and Florida. Energetic and tenacious, Ferland has established herself as a trusted partner to customers while consistently driving growth.
Ferland holds a degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
