Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS), a leading provider of dealer management software for the RV industry, announced the winners of its 2025 RECT Awards during the Spotlight on Excellence Lunch at the RVDA Convention/Expo. The RECT Awards recognize dealerships that deliver outstanding service experiences to their customers.
The awards were presented by Frank Tamburrini, IDS general manager, and Don Miller, IDS senior data consultant and creator of the company’s Dealership Industry Insights report.
Dealerships were recognized across four work order volume categories:
- 100–500 work orders: Vogt RV Center (Haltom City)
- 501–1,000 work orders: Meyer’s Schreck RV (Apollo)
- 1,001–1,500 work orders: Cookeville RV and Marine (Cookeville)
- 1,500+ work orders: Moix RV (Conway)
These top dealerships demonstrated exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction by leveraging data, analytics and dealership management technology to enhance service operations and streamline workflows, IDS said.
