May brings more than 15 years of experience integrating marketing, analytics and data science across global brands and enterprise environments. His background spans ecommerce leadership, full-stack analytics, statistical modeling and digital optimization roles at companies such as Beckman Coulter, Monsanto and DHL Supply Chain. He has also served as a freelance data scientist supporting Element Three on advanced analytical projects, including complex RV repurchase modeling. In this new role, May will lead Element Three’s analytics function and play a central part in advancing the consultancy’s AI initiatives.

“Charlie’s blend of marketing intuition, engineering discipline, and applied data science is rare,” said Kyler Mason, CEO of Element Three. “As dealer-distributed brands push harder for proof of performance, predictive analytics and smarter demand creation, Charlie gives us the depth to meet those needs head-on. He will help us deliver clearer, faster insights for our clients today — and build the AI-powered services they’ll rely on tomorrow.”

May will serve as the agency’s central analytics leader, supporting performance reporting, attribution modeling, statistical analysis and competitive intelligence across the Element Three client portfolio, Element Three said. His expertise in data pipeline development, cloud infrastructure and advanced SQL will help the organization amplify client outcomes and elevate the accuracy, consistency and impact of all analytics outputs.

Element Three said its clients — primarily OEMs — are increasingly seeking tools and methodologies that unify marketing data, enable predictive forecasting and connect national-level brand activity to local-level demand. May’s role directly supports these needs, accelerating Element Three’s roadmap of tech-enabled services and improved measurement systems to drive customers to dealers, enable digital retailing and increase customer lifetime value.
