OHI Touts Success of OHCE2025

OHCE2025 brought the outdoor hospitality community together in a big way and left everyone already counting down the days until next year, OHI said in a release. The week kicked off on Sunday with the Meet, Greet, and GO! Social, where early arrivals swapped swag, picked up badges and made new connections. Prospective owners got a head start with a half-day workshop on park ownership fundamentals, setting the tone for a week full of learning, networking and celebration.

“Every year, I’m proud of what Team OHI accomplishes, but that week in Louisville was something special,” said Paul Bambei, OHI’s president and CEO. “Our team poured their hearts into creating an experience that truly brought the outdoor hospitality community together, and I’m grateful to every attendee who showed up, engaged and helped make OHCE2025 one of our strongest events yet.”

Sessions covered practical takeaways, emerging industry trends, advocacy and growth strategies, and so much more, giving attendees tools they could put to work immediately. Evenings brought a fun, social side to OHCE2025, with live music and themed receptions that gathered everyone together. The numerous networking opportunities provided big wins for many attendees. Logan Scaife of Elk Creek Campground shared, “The most valuable part of my OHCE2025 experience was the networking. Being able to put faces to names, connect with other operators and build real relationships made the entire event worthwhile.”

The OHCE Expo opened its doors to enthusiastic attendees ready to explore the latest products and solutions. And exhibitors won in a big way, OHI said. It was the perfect pairing of helping RV park and campground owners meet face-to-face with the businesses that have the products they want and need to run their parks, and that showed in exhibitor sales numbers. Dean Garritson from Green River Log Homes said it best: “OHCE 2025 was, without question, the best show we’ve ever had. From the meetings we held onsite we have quoted more than $18 million in new business, and the relationships we built will fuel our growth for years to come. If you’re a supplier in the outdoor hospitality industry, you simply can’t afford to miss OHCE — it’s where the real conversations, real deals and real opportunities happen.”

Attendees can look back at the week, tag colleagues (and themselves) and share the moments that made their experience memorable. The gallery also gives anyone who wasn’t able to attend this year a look at the energy that shaped the week to get excited for next year.

Suppliers who exhibited in 2025 can lock in their spot for OHCE2026 in Fort Worth, Texas, at special pricing by emailing ohi-suppliers@ohi.org. And everyone is encouraged to join the VIP list to get early access to OHCE2026 registration, dates and promos, OHI said. Get on the VIP list here.

OHCE2026 will be held Nov. 9-11, 2026.
