Firefly Reservations Partners With Influence Outdoor Hospitality
Firefly Reservations, a leading online reservation and property management platform for campgrounds, RV parks and outdoor destinations, and Influence Outdoor Hospitality announced a partnership and integration to bring a simple marketing program for campground and RV parks to offload digital marketing services while gaining clear visibility into what marketing produces in reservations and revenue, Firefly Reservations said in a release.
Most marketing reporting focuses on clicks and views. This program is built to answer the question owners care about: what actually brings guests to a park. Results are measured directly through bookings made and revenue tracked.
“Integrating with SIGNAL and working with Influence Outdoor Hospitality gives parks confidence in where they are spending money, by connecting clicks to bookings so they can see, not guess on the investments they make,” said Kaitey Vasquez, Firefly Reservations.
How it works
The program follows a simple three-step approach:
- Connect SIGNAL to Firefly and the campground or RV park’s website tracking
- Launch the right tiered plan based on park size
- Prove + Improve performance weekly using reservations, revenue and attribution with the Influence team.
What’s included
Every tier includes SIGNAL reporting tied to bookings and revenue, strategy and ongoing optimization, performance creative, smarter audience targeting and Pulse+ local SEO across maps and key platforms.
Firefly said it is also selecting a limited number of parks for a pilot case study program to establish benchmarks the broader Firefly community can learn from.
“Our partnership with Firefly closes the gap campground owners have dealt with for years — great marketing with no clear proof. By directly tying marketing activity to reservations and revenue inside Firefly, parks finally get a clear receipt for every marketing
dollar they spend,” said Josh Richardson, founder and managing partner, Influence Outdoor Hospitality.
“At Firefly, we are excited to bring this opportunity to our customers and to help bring new guests to campgrounds ultimately helping to get more people enjoying the outdoors,” said Vasquez.
