Taking place Feb. 22-27, at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, West Virginia, National School brings together campground owners, managers and outdoor hospitality professionals from across the country for an immersive, in-person learning experience designed to strengthen operations and grow careers, OHI said.

As parks grow, leadership skills and business strategy need to grow with them. The George O’Leary National School of Outdoor Hospitality is a cohort-based program taught by industry experts who understand the realities of running outdoor hospitality businesses. Students gain practical tools, proven systems and strategic insight they can apply immediately at their parks.

“Attending the George O’Leary National School of Outdoor Hospitality in Wheeling, West Virginia, was an incredible experience,” said Doug Davis, owner of Douglas Forest RV Resort and National School graduate. “The networking opportunities connected me with passionate professionals from all corners of the industry. Outdoor Hospitality Professional (OHP) – Year Two

Year Two is an advanced program for experienced professionals ready to think strategically. This track emphasizes long-term planning, financial mastery, leadership culture, capital investment, risk resilience and sustainable growth. Completion of the OHM Year One program is required.

National School is led by a diverse group of instructors with deep experience across the outdoor hospitality industry, including owners, executives, consultants and subject-matter experts, OHI said. Attendees can view the full instructor lineup on the event page or learn more about each instructor through features on the OHI blog.
