Established in May 2017, the Five Rivet Dealer Standards Program was cooperatively designed by Airstream and its Dealer Council with a collective goal to enhance the company’s customer experience. The prestigious Five Rivet status is evaluated and awarded quarterly, informed by daily customer feedback through the Five Rivet Dealer Standard Program. The program recognizes outstanding customer service contributions across five pillars, including authentic brand representation, superior shopping experience, seamless delivery service, quality service experience and trusted long-term loyalty, the company said.
The program name is inspired by the craftsmanship that goes into every Airstream Travel Trailer. Each travel trailer is crafted with an average of 3,000 rivets, serving as the foundation for the quality alumnium shell.
