Scanstrut announced that the Ventura Series has been awarded the prestigious iF DESIGN AWARD 2026, one of the world’s most renowned design honors. Presented by the independent iF Design Foundation in Germany, the award has served as a global benchmark for design excellence and innovation for over 70 years, Scanstrut said in a release.
The accolade was awarded to the Ventura Series in the Product Design discipline, within the Automobiles category, recognizing its robust engineering, seamless OEM integration and refined, cohesive aesthetic for modern recreational vehicles.
Fellow winners in the automotive category included globally recognized brands such as Ferrari, Volvo, Thule, Nissan and Mazda, placing Scanstrut alongside some of the most respected names in global vehicle design, the company said.
With its combination of rugged performance and refined design, the Ventura Series stood out among more than 10,000 submissions from 68 countries. An international jury of 129 independent design experts selected Ventura Series as a benchmark for innovation, functionality and aesthetic integrity in the automotive sector.
Designed specifically for RV, overland and van conversion manufacturers, the Ventura Series delivers a unified range of compact utility sockets including 12-volt power, USB-C, solar, water, TV and mains connections, all within a consistent, low-profile form factor, Scanstrut said.
