Dometic announced it has appointed Per Carlsson as acting chief financial officer (CFO), effective as of April 7. He will be based in Stockholm and will report to Juan Vargues, president and CEO.
Carlsson has extensive experience in leading finance functions in global, decentralized organizations and has previously held CFO roles at companies such as Electrolux, Dometic and Camfil, Dometic said.
Carlsson succeeds Stefan Fristedt, who has previously announced his intention to leave the company.
Dometic said the recruitment process for a permanent CFO is ongoing and will be communicated once completed.
