As the 2026 RV service season hits high gear, Firefly Integrations announced it is officially opening registration for eight high-priority stops on its national Firefly Training Academy tour. Designed to meet the surge in demand for advanced electrical diagnostics, the academy is hitting the road to equip the next wave of “Firefly Certified” technicians.
The academy has evolved into a critical resource for dealership service departments looking to reduce Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT), the company said. By moving beyond theoretical manuals and into approximately six hours of intensive, instructor-led, hands-on coursework, participants gain the technical mastery required to service modern, multiplex-equipped coaches with precision.
Upon successful completion, attendees earn RV Technical Institute (RVTI) Level 3 continuing education credits, marking a significant milestone in professional technician development, Firefly Integrations said.
