Registration Now Open for OHCE 2026 in Texas

OHI has officially opened registration for the 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE ), the industry’s flagship event for professional development, business growth, and networking. This year’s conference will take place Nov. 9-11 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Registration options for OHCE 2026 include full conference access for both OHI members and nonmembers, with a special Hosted Buyer Program available at no cost to qualified decision makers from OHI member parks. Expo Hall access passes are also available for those primarily interested in visiting the exhibit floor.

OHI members can register for the full conference for just $499 through June 30, 2026. Rates increase to $649 on July 1 and to $899 after Sept 30. Nonmember registration is $1,399. Expo-Only Access Passes begin at $129 and increase later in the year.

Before the conference officially kicks off, Sunday, Nov. 8 is stacked with pre-conference programming, OHI said. POW, the Prospective Owners Workshop, is a half-day add-on experience built for anyone dreaming about or actively planning to buy or build a park. And the Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit (OHIS), hosted by OHI and Storable | Newbook, is back for its fourth year, free to attend, but seats are limited.

For those looking to close out the week right, Takeaway Tours (back by popular demand) return on Thursday, Nov. 12, offering attendees a behind-the-scenes, intimate look at local RV parks and campgrounds to observe operations and bring actionable “takeaways” back to their own businesses, OHI said.

“The learning, the connections, the energy, it all starts at OHCE,” said David Basler, OHI’s chief strategy officer. “What sets this event apart is what you simply can’t get anywhere else: sessions and workshops taught exclusively at OHCE, add-on experiences like POW! and OHIS, and connections made at the industry’s largest Expo through our Hosted Buyer Program that you won’t find at any other industry event. If you’re just starting out or scaling up, OHCE gives you access to the people and ideas that move our industry forward.”

If OHCE has been on your list, but budget has been the barrier, the OHI Foundation offers scholarships that cover the full cost of OHCE registration, the organization said. The deadline to apply is April 20, 2026. Scholarship recipients will be notified the week of June 9, giving you plenty of time to plan your trip to Fort Worth.
