Service departments entering their busiest stretch of the year now have five more opportunities to get technicians Firefly Certified before the summer backlog sets in. Firefly Integrations announced it has opened registration for the next wave of Firefly Training Academy stops, with sessions scheduled across five markets in May.
The academy was built around one practical goal: reducing the time it takes a technician to diagnose and resolve a Firefly-related service event. Each session runs approximately six hours of instructor-led, hands-on training — not lecture time. Technicians leave with the diagnostic skills to work through real system issues on modern coaches, which directly affects first-time fix rates and the billable efficiency of the service bay.
Completing the course earns attendees RV Technical Institute (RVTI) Level 3 continuing education credits.

- San Antonio, TX

“The technicians coming through these sessions are already working on this equipment,” said Karl Smith, Firefly Training Academy instructor. “This training gives them the diagnostic process to get to the right answer faster which means fewer callbacks, and fewer escalations.”
