OHI Unveils OHCE 2026 Event Agenda
OHI has officially released the agenda for OHCE 2026, the Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo. The conference takes place Nov. 9-11, with pre- and post-conference programming extending from Nov. 8 through Nov. 12.
Whether you’re entering the outdoor hospitality industry, leading an established operation, managing day-to-day park operations or looking for fresh ideas to strengthen your business, OHCE 2026 offers practical education designed to meet you where you are, the association said.

Beyond the classroom, OHCE creates opportunities to connect, celebrate and strengthen the outdoor hospitality community.

This year, the OHCE Expo features more exhibit hours than ever before, giving attendees additional time to explore the latest products and services, meet with industry suppliers and partners, and participate in Hosted Buyer Meetings. With breakfast, lunch, receptions, and networking events included throughout the conference, attendees will have countless opportunities to build meaningful industry relationships.
The event officially concludes with the Neon Rodeo closing reception, where attendees will celebrate a successful conference with dinner, live music, line dancing, a mechanical bull, roping and even a Texas Longhorn!
On Thursday, Nov. 12, the post-event experience includes an OHCE Take Away Tour (additional fee applies), offering an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at two standout Texas properties: Camp Quitcherbichin (Camp QYB) in Runaway Bay and The Vineyards Campground & Cabins in Grapevine. Attendees will hear directly from park owners and staff about the strategies and decisions driving their success. Transportation, lunch and an optional airport shuttle are included.
