Terex’s Recreational Vehicles Segment hosted its annual Dealer Open House Monday, Sept. 28 to Wednesday, Sept. 30 at the Renegade Customer Experience Center in Elkhart. The Open House brought together Terex’s dealer network and product managers.
“It was great to welcome dealers from across the country to Renegade’s newly renovated Customer Experience Center and spend time connecting face-to-face,” said Gary Gunter, president of Terex RV Segment. “Our annual Open House gives us an important opportunity to hear directly from our dealers, share what’s ahead across our brands and continue working together to deliver the best products and experiences for our customers.”
During the opening breakfast of the Open House, Gunter gave remarks centered on Terex RV’s continued investment in the fundamentals that support long-term growth, including its people, product quality and operational execution. He highlighted recent investments in expanded facilities, service capabilities and enhanced marketing and digital tools designed to strengthen the customer experience and better support dealers.
“This event gives us a unique opportunity to take into account dealer feedback on the spot,” said Gunter. “We know consumers will continue to be selective as the RV industry navigates affordability, interest rates and consumer confidence, so receiving feedback from dealers directly helps us inform our Model Year 2028 designs.”
Attendees also had the opportunity to access the recently renovated Renegade Customer Experience Center, giving dealers a look at the company’s service and customer support capabilities alongside its products. Additionally, dealers were able to place orders for new units at the event.
