The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) recently led a dealer on-site training session with RCD RV Supercenter’s Sunbury, Ohio, location. Led by Trainer Mike Anderson, the Level 1 training was successful, with all nine attendees passing the course.

Dealer On-Site Training brings Institute instructors directly to interested, eligible dealership locations, eliminating the need for dealerships to send technicians to the Institute’s facility. To qualify for on-site training, a dealership must be registered with the Institute as either a Location Subscriber or an Authorized Learning Partner+.

RCD RV Supercenter’s technicians attended the Level 1 training to elevate their understanding of core RV systems, including propane, electrical, water, appliances, body, generator and chassis. By completing this foundational instruction, they strengthened their expertise in inspecting, maintaining and preparing RVs by verifying that all components operate properly.

“Collaborating with RCD RV Superstore for on-site Level 1 training underscores our commitment to expanding technical education across the RV industry,” notes Halle Howard, account manager for the RV Technical Institute. “Empowering technicians with strong foundational skills elevates the entire service experience for RV owners, and we are excited to continue driving growth together through future dealer on-site courses.”
