Elkhart, Ind.-based RV products maker Dometic has signed a contract with IoT (Internet of Things) service provider Telenor Connexion to reinforce Dometic’s device connection and control solution, Dometic Interact.
With the cloud-based IoT platform, Dometic secures instant roaming access to 200-plus leading mobile networks globally, so the company can offer an advanced and seamless control capability across its broad portfolio around the world.
The company says any connected product or application in the Dometic Interact ecosystem will be able to communicate via the service. The offering is being rolled out in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region this summer.
