LCI Promotes Mark Taylor to VP of Operations
LCI announced the promotion of Mark Taylor from general manager to VP of operations, overseeing the daily operations of Plants 4, 48, 82, and 83 for the company.
“Mark’s leadership at multiple divisions has been a driving factor in the growth and success of LCI. Mark’s operational experience, coupled with his passion for taking care of fellow team members and customers, makes him a perfect fit for this new opportunity,” said Ryan Smith, VP of Lippert Interiors.
In his new role, Taylor will oversee operations for the company’s stamping, seat frame and the HappiJac product lines. Taylor began his career with LCI more than ten years ago in the company’s purchasing department, and for the past six years, has worked as GM of plant 50 in Goshen, Ind.

Taylor graduated from Ball State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
