18 Elkhart-Area Employees Named ’40 Under 40′

The RVIA honored up-and-coming leaders of the fast-growing industry with its first annual “40 Under 40” list announced at its annual National RV Trade Show, which concluded yesterday in Louisville.

Given the impact of the RV industry in northern Indiana, 18 of the 40 individuals selected were from Elkhart and its surrounding area. These individuals, who were nominated by their peers and selected by members of the RVIA Trade Shows and Events Committee, represent current and future leaders in the RV Industry who are under 40 years of age.

“This talented group of individuals who make up the ‘40 Under 40’ are the future of the RV industry,” said RVIA President Frank Hugelmeyer. “We thank them for their contributions and look forward to seeing what they accomplish in the future.”

The winners are invited to RVIA’s Annual Leadership Conference, set to take place Jan. 14 to 15 in Tampa, Fla., where they will participate in a “40 Under 40” interactive session focused on challenges they are facing now and in the future. This will be a facilitated session that will spark conversations, generate solutions and provide tangible takeaways to implement throughout the RV industry.
