Chinook Motorcoach announced it will acquire certain specific assets from Vohne Liche Mfg. to carry on the production of the Dream, RPM and Riverside brand-named trailers. The transaction is expected to be finalized this month. This will bring the total manufacturing space up to 170,000 square feet that Chinook will own.
Phil Rizzio, president of Chinook, said that he is thrilled to see the Dream travel trailer, Riverside loft trailer, and RPM toy hauler trailer and fifth brands become a part of the Chinook Group, and looks forward to introducing other new trailer products.
Kenneth Licklider, president of Vohne Liche expressed his satisfaction on becoming a shareholder in Chinook. He said he is pleased to see Vohne Liche brands be incorporated into a larger company with a management team that would see further growth in the area.
