Lance Camper Attends Off-Road Race
Lancaster, Calif.-based Lance Camper attended the 2018 King of The Hammers off road race last week, an event held annually in Johnson Valley, Calif. The race combines high-speed desert racing with the technical equipment-destroying nature of professional rock crawling.
“This amazing event is spectator friendly, drawing thousands of loyal off-road enthusiasts who camp in their RVs with family and friends and jump from spot to spot in their off-road transportation of choice as they take in the action,” said Bob Rogers, director of marketing for Lance. “Jim Waters, Lance marketing coordinator, had a great time going from camp to camp handing out Lance swag to Lance owners and serving hot dogs from ‘Camp Lance’ set high atop of Chocolate Thunder, one of the more popular yet tough to reach spectator viewing sites along the course.”
On display at the Lance/Hellwig/LGE-CTS Motorsports/Wirth Exploring base camp was a Lance 995 truck camper, the Hellwig/Lance 650 Rulebreaker SEMA build, a Lance 1575 travel trailer, and a Lance 2612 toy hauler.
