Truma Expands Mobile Service Network
Truma recently added four new service areas, hiring two experienced mobile service technicians in Arizona and Colorado. Truma will soon hire two more techs in California and Oregon.
Shane Dorais will be working out of the Colorado Springs, Colo., area and Todd Bowen will have responsibility for the Phoenix, Ariz., area. Truma mobile service techs will install and service the Truma AquaGo hybrid on-demand water heater.
“Our customers are spreading the news about the Truma AquaGo, sharing how great it is to shower in their RVs the way they are used to showering at home,” said Gerhard Hundsberger, president and CEO of Truma North America. “Customers are anxious to swap out their existing water heaters for the Truma AquaGo and we want to help them get the product installed without a wait.”
Truma mobile service techs will travel to their customer’s campground sites or homes to perform installations or routine service on Truma products.
“Truma is dedicated to supporting customers with service on our systems throughout the life of the product,” said Hundsberger. “We will continue to add more mobile service techs as needed throughout the U.S. and Canada.”
Truma will soon break ground at its new location on County Road 6 in Elkhart where it will also have a full Truma Service Center.
