GALLERY: Tiny Home-style ESCAPE Boho RV Debuts
ESCAPE Homes has debuted ESCAPE Boho, a 183 square-foot modern tiny home on wheels featuring sustainably-grown pine wood walls. The ESCAPE Boho will be unveiled at the company’s new namesake Canoe Bay ESCAPE Village in northwest Wisconsin this month. It
is also available for sale and is handcrafted in the ESCAPE Homes production facility and delivered to customers within 90 days.
It can sleep up to four and features a queen bed and bookshelf wrapped in sustainably grown pine wood, adjacent to a kitchen with maple cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, a living/dining/work area with LED lighting, solid butcher block table, fold flat couch and light filtering honeycomb shades.
The bathroom features a 36-inch shower, Toto toilet, extensive storage and an exterior shower option and Boho is designed with an on-demand RV water heater and LP furnace.
The tiny home is wrapped in windows, and the exterior features vertical sawn-wood siding and a metal roof. Cedar siding and Shou Sugi Ban siding are upgrade options.
Vintage stone countertops, washer/dryer, smart TV with blue-ray player, gourmet stainless steel gas stove and 60-inch tub/shower are a few of many additional available upgrades and a Beach Boho Package features white interior walls and trim and custom painted exterior.
In addition, Off-Grid Boho is available and includes a solar power package, Laveo dry flush toilet, solar refrigerator/freezer, gray water tank and generator options.
ESCAPE Boho can be transported via its own trailer and has high-efficiency insulation and climate control options that allow it to withstand extreme heat or cold.
Although built like a cottage, by law ESCAPE Boho is a conventional RV, and therefore requires no foundation and is not subject to property tax.
