Designed to be the South’s premier storage for Boats and RVs, EliteStor announced today the opening of its facility in St. Rose, La. The new self-storage facility is located at 161 I-310 Service Road, only 20 miles from New Orleans.
The facility, built to withstand 140 mph winds, is slated for opening in April and will have over 20 units, amounting to 15,000 rentable square feet of storage space. Additional units are being constructed and will open later this year. The facility will have climate-controlled, fully-enclosed and covered access spaces. It will offer RV, Boat and Auto storage spaces with sizes ranging up to 15 X 50 feet. Additional property features will include high-tech security cameras, professional wash bay, on-site maintenance, and a retail store.
