Talin Manufacturing Reorganizes Company, Staff
Talin Mfg. has announced that they have re-organized their company. The staffing changes include Dustin LeGrand who has been promoted to service manager.
“Our growth has required us to re-align our staff to bring our company operations into line with our daily operations requirements as well as enhance our customer service and technical support,” said Ingrid Throgmartin, owner of Talin.
LeGrand will oversee technical support, as well as the service operation for Talin RV’s mobile service division. He will report directly to Chris Throgmartin, director of the company. Amy Campisi has joined the company and will assume the role of operations manager and will oversee all customer service, production, scheduling and shipping operations for Talin. She will report to the director and president
“The growth we have experienced has been amazing. Our sales have tripled since 2017 and we found a few areas in our operation that needed to be addressed,” said Throgmartin. “I am very proud of our staff with how they have handled our explosive growth, but we needed to make changes for the future. We also will be releasing a new manufactured product line soon which will require a better alignment of staff resources in order to serve our new markets.”
Chris Throgmartin will remain as director and oversee all corporate functions. Camprisi will take over for departing operations manager Tabitha Kelly who is leaving to go back to school to obtain her degree.
Talin is a privately held Brooksville, Fla.-based corporation and part of the Throgmartin family of companies which includes Stone Vos.
