Daimler Vans USA is recalling certain 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (Platform 907) vehicles equipped with high-beam assist. A software error in the control unit may prevent the driver from being able to switch off the high beams when intended.
Daimler Vans will notify owners, and Mercedes-Benz or Freightliner Sprinter dealers will update the control unit software, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin June 7. Owners may contact Daimler Vans customer service at 1-877-762-8267. Daimler Vans’ number for this recall is VS3FERNLI.
