Magnadyne Enters RV Aftermarket
Magnadyne, an electronics supplier to RV manufacturers, announced it will be entering the RV aftermarket channel of distribution. Additionally, the company announced the hiring of industry expert Leisure Time Sales and Marketing to establish the brand in the aftermarket.
“We have been supplying antennas, in-wall radios, and speakers to RV manufacturers for over four decades,” said Barry Caren, president and founder of Magnadyne. “Recently, we expanded the line to include USB charging solutions and Wi-Fi extenders, IOT and LTE connectivity in order to meet the needs of today’s RV customer. … The foundation of trust and quality has been laid for our success in the aftermarket.”
“We are very excited to team up with such a great company and to be introducing these great Magnadyne products to the aftermarket for the first time,” said Mike Willhoff, president of sales at Leisure Time Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities for guiding the Magnadyne RV aftermarket segment will be led by recently hired Business Development Manager, Michael Sherman.
Sherman was previously with Intellicom as director of sales. He joins Tony Mercado, previously of JVC Kenwood USA, who came on board with Magnadyne last year. Mercado led marketing efforts for Kenwood’s 12-volt, aftermarket car electronics division.
