Beginning in mid-July, registered and certification test-processing for the RV Dealers Association and RV Industry Association’s RV Service Technician Certification program may be delayed or postponed due.
The announcement was made due to staff vacations and the relocation of the RVIA office in Elkhart, Ind.
From July 16-19, people can expect delays in processing. From July 24 to Aug. 9, no tests will be processed.
Applications will be processed as soon as possible once the move is complete. This does not affect tests already in the system for scheduling or testing.
