The RV Industry Association will be presenting a recently updated version of the “Flying in Formation” training at 10 a.m. on Sept. 26 at the Omega Event Center in Elkhart.
Hosted by Scott Folkers, senior council at Winnebago Industries, and Harold Oehler of Lazydays, the event will train attendees how to limit time out of service and how to better support customers to avoid claims.
RVIA stated that dealers, dealer principals, manufacturer personnel, attorneys involved in handling customer claims, or managers who wants to resolve litigation claims more quickly should attend the training.
The Omega Event Center is located at 2130 Middlebury St. in Elkhart, Ind.
