The RV Industry Association has canceled “RVs Move America Week.”
With the event scheduled for May 31 to June 4 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C., RVIA realized many of its members and industry guests have questions about COVID-19 and the potential impact on the event.
Due to the impact the crisis is having on our industry and following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, RVIA has decided to cancel RVs Move America Week.
Details regarding rescheduling of committee meetings, the RVIA board meeting and the annual meeting will be forthcoming.
Those who have already made hotel reservations at the Mayflower, contact Michelle Biersner (mbiersner@rvia.org) directly to assist with cancellations.
Those who have booked air travel to Washington, D.C., coordinate directly with your airline to cancel. Most airlines have announced plans to accommodate travelers dealing with event cancellations.
