Warranty administrators can earn five continuing education units (CEUs) in January during a weeklong webinar series presented by Greg Dewalt, education director of the Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle & Camping Association (PRVCA).
The CEUs will be earned following the completion of the course and a successful completion of an assessment. The CEUs are applicable to warranty administrators certified through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
The webinar series will help define the position of warranty administrators and their role within the dealership. The series will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. ET Jan. 11-15, 2021, and is free to PRVCA members, $125 for nonmembers.
Those that attend will learn how to:
- Collect the dealer’s warranty labor and parts
- Create a streamlined process
- Build best practices for warranty administration
- Build transparent warranty reporting
- Maximize warranty processing
