Danko Manufacturing, makers of RVibrake3 flat towing braking system, Tire Patrol tire pressure monitoring system, and many other safety-related products, has named Joe Wood as national sales director.
The company said in his new role, Wood will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, and expanding dealer engagement and sales territories. He will continue working with larger dealerships at a national level, providing strategies on how best to serve customers and sell Danko products.
Wood has 20-plus years in the RV industry, including serving as national sales manager with a well- known and respected RV aftermarket accessory manufacturer. Within the 20-plus years of his experience, he has held roles such as store manager, national and regional account management and, most recently, he was the southeast region sales rep for Danko Manufacturing.
“Joe is not only one of the best guys out there, but he brings incredible talent, passion, and vision to our team that will really serve our customers,” said Jerad Burkhart, vice president of operations for Danko. “We are thrilled to have Joe leading the charge in the RV dealer market. It is very important to add territory sales managers in the southeast and northeast as soon as possible and gradually move to other areas in the country as time and sales progress.”
