NetworkRV has announced the hiring of Danny Rahner as its new director of technical Support for SoftStartRV, its RV air conditioner accessory product. Rahner has 45 years of experience as a senior manufacturing engineer for several companies, including the U.S. Government and Dometic USA, making him a natural fit for SoftStartRV, the company said.
In this role, Rahner will lead the technical support team as they guide RVers and dealers through SoftStartRV installations. Rahner will manage every resource to the customer or dealer, including installation instructions, wiring diagrams, installation tutorial videos, and most importantly, live step-by-step tech support for RVers to their RV rooftop.
