Way Expands Services and Operations Teams Again
RV products manufacturer Way has hired three people to grow its services team, bringing in additional team members to support its OEM and aftermarket customers.
Robert Cuppy has joined Way as a field service technician.
“Robert’s been working in the RV industry for over six years and brings extensive subject matter knowledge that will benefit our OEM customer relationships,” said Chris Greer, vice president of product development. “Our field techs, Robert along with Tommy Willy, Charles Wheeler, and Steve Holt, are a critical link in our innovation process, working hand-in-hand with our customers to design and build products that meet the needs of today’s RV owners.”
Cuppy is a 14-year military veteran and a current Army National Guard member, continuing Way’s practice of hiring members of the U.S. Armed Forces for their expertise solving complex challenges and working as a team.
Way has also added two team members to the customer care and warranty teams: Debra Drum joins as a customer care coordinator and Kyra Johnson as a warranty coordinator. “We’re excited to have Debra and Kyra join our teams,” said Mike Custer, VP of operations. “Both are devoted family members and leaders in their communities and we are happy to have them join the family at Way.”
The operations teams at Way have grown substantially in the past year, including the hiring of Mike Custer in the fall of 2020 and the recent addition of Mike Evans as a new warehouse manager.
“This past year has been full of change and challenges in the RV industry, but due to our hard work and strong relationships, we’ve been able to grow our business and add team members to support this growth,” said Wayne Kaylor, CEO of Way.
