Entegra Coach Holds Virtual Owner Homecoming
Entegra Coach celebrates the success of its annual owner Homecoming event on May 17, which was held virtually for the second year in a row.
To continue this annual event, the Entegra team worked diligently to give owners an afternoon of camaraderie, behind-the-scenes action and product first-looks. With more than 500 registered devices and about 1,000 attendees, this was the most highly attended Homecoming Entegra has ever produced, according to the company.
“Folks enjoyed the virtual homecoming and thought the information was very informative,” said Joyce Skinner, director of motorized customer experience. “They particularly enjoyed the factory tour with Ted Cook and stated they hope all goes well so that we can do a live homecoming next year. Overall, I would consider it a success; I believe we packed a lot of information into a short presentation.”
Viewers gained exclusive access to live seminars with Pat Carroll, director of product development, and PJ Clanton, manager of technical training, to showcase new 2022 models and answer one-on-one questions. This year’s virtual event also offered a factory tour broadcast with Ted Cook, regional sales manager, which allowed owners a 360-degree immersive experience. Vendor training resources and Entegra store discounts were also provided.
“It was great to unveil the 2022 Entegra diesel product offerings to our owners via the virtual EC homecoming event,” said Carroll. “All five models: Reatta, Reatta XL, Aspire, Anthem and Cornerstone received new exterior designs and paint colors along with fresh interior designs complemented by three new wood choices. We had an amazing and a very favorable response from our customers as to the innovative product direction of the 2022 Entegra Coach models.”
Entegra Coach Homecoming was developed more than five years ago to create a community for EC owners.
