Joshua Roan, a Pennsylvania native who began his RV career with Lippert in 2004, died recently at the age of 44 at Elkhart Hospital.
Roan moved to Goshen, Ind., in 1995 and started working at that city’s Decorator Industries. He later moved over to Lippert, where he worked until he retired in October 2020. When he stepped away, he was VP of the company’s RV Window Division.
Roan is survived by his daughters and parents, among other family members.
