East to West, a division of Forest River, will introduce its new Ahara luxury fifth wheel at the 13th Annual Forest River Product Expo on Sept. 27 – 30. After cancelling the event last year due to COVID-19, this year’s Expo will once again take place on East to West’s 96-acre campus in the northwest corner of Elkhart, Ind., at 3000 County Road 6 West.
“Ahara is a Sanskrit term used in yoga philosophy to refer to the vehicle, or support, of consciousness and is one of the basic principles upon which health, happiness and harmony rests,” said East to West founder and Co-General Manager, Lisa Liegl Rees. “We launched the Tandara mid-profile fifth wheel last summer and entering the luxury fifth wheel market this fall is the next logical step in East to West’s strategic growth plan.”
Ahara will debut with three floor plans and one interior décor, Barrington Maple. Standard features will include six-point hydraulic automatic leveling system, high-efficiency triple A/C system, high gloss laminated sidewalls with Azdel composite panels, and 101-inch wide body chassis with a drop frame pass-through storage compartment.
“Like all East to West brands, the Ahara fifth wheel will have limited floorplans with quality construction at a very competitive price. We believe we have identified the best-selling luxury fifth wheel floor plans in the industry, improved each floor plan significantly and loaded them with features that deliver real benefits and competitive advantages,” Ahara Sales Manager Mark Krol said. “To top it off, Lisa has designed a beautiful Barrington Maple interior décor that is in a class of its own.”
