Firefly Integrations announced its Firefly Basic Multiplex Training and Firefly Advanced Technical Training offerings. These training programs are open to Firefly customers and offer a new way for OEMs and dealerships to empower their service technicians and sales teams.
Training sessions typically include:
- Firefly system hardware and in-depth functionality
- Troubleshooting and testing
- Advanced tech support
Firefly Integrations is also available to attend owner rallies to provide a quick demonstration and to help educate owners on their specific Firefly systems
