Repair Event Cycle Time is the Topic of Tonight’s ‘RVing in New England’
Tonight’s Facebook Live show “RVing in New England” will feature a panel discussion on getting RVs serviced and repaired. Special guests will be Randy Murray, director of services for Pete’s RV Centers and Ryan Hadley, owner of TRIC Mobile RV Services, an independent mobile RV technician.
Repair event cycle time (RECT) is a long-discussed topic in the RV industry and was well before the huge influx of new buyers. The industry knows it’s important to turn these first-time buyers into lifetime RVers, all while taking care of those who have been RVing for years who need their rigs looked after.
The panel will discuss the benefits of getting service done at a dealership versus having a mobile RV tech do the repair or maintenance. Tonight’s guests both recently conducted several technical seminars at the Boston RV & Camping Expo.
RVing in New England is co-hosted by Zagami and John DiPietro, and it will air tonight at 7 p.m. ET, 4 p.m. PT, here.
