Lazydays Posts Strong Results as it Continues to Add Properties
RV dealership group Lazydays reported fourth-quarter revenues of $322.5 million, up $126 million, or 64 percent, compared with the fourth quarter of 2020. Revenue from RV sales was $291.0 million for the fourth quarter, up $114.4 million, or 64.8 percent. Excluding wholesale units, RV sales were 3,211 for the fourth quarter, up 1,082 units, or nearly 51 percent versus 2020. New and preowned RV sales revenues were $174.7 million and $116.3 million for the quarter, up 48.8 percent and 96.6 percent, respectively.
Revenues for the fourth quarter included the positive impact of the Elkhart and Chicagoland, Ind., locations acquired in October and December 2020, respectively; the Maryville, Tenn. dealership acquired in March 2021; and the Portland, Ore., Vancouver, Wash. and Milwaukee dealerships acquired in August 2021; as well as the Nashville, Tenn. greenfield location which opened in January, 2021.
Fourth quarter net income was $16.9 million, up $14.7 million compared to Q4 of 2020.
For the full year, the company reported revenue of $1.2 billion, up $417.9 million, or 51 percent, versus 2020. Net income for the year was $82 million, up $67.4 million compared to 2020.
Lazydays currently operates a total of sixteen dealerships across the United States: two in Arizona; two in Colorado; two in Florida; two in Indiana; two in Minnesota; one in Oregon; three in Tennessee; one in Washington; one in Wisconsin; and it operates a dedicated service center location near Houston, Texas.
