Dometic has announced its sponsorship of the National African American RVers Association’s annual National Camp Rally, set for Aug. 7-14 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The theme of the rally is “going Mardi Gras in Oklahoma” at it will take place at the Oklahoma Exposition Center. Organizers say there will be a week of seminars, tours, food and drink for the attending RV enthusiasts and industry professionals. Dometic will be there providing on-site repair services and technical assistance, plus hosting an information session regarding RV refrigerator operation, care and maintenance.
Established in 1993, NAARVA is a nonprofit camping organization with nearly two decades of experience hosting RV rallies. It was created to provide an environment for networking and fellowship among minority campers.
“Our team looks forward to kicking off 2022’s National Camp Rally and participating in the event” said Sara Dover, brand manager at Dometic. “RVing is an activity for everybody to enjoy. We are happy to support an organization that fosters the inclusive environment NAARVA provides.”
