With a growing dealer base and the coming addition of a new product line debuting this fall – pre-Open House week, dubbed the “rumor” project – Ember Recreational Vehicles has added to its sales team by welcoming three regional sales

Zach Dyas, a decorated retired Air Force company fire officer, joined Ember’s team in May. Dyas first worked on an RV production line after high school before he joined the Air Force in 2007. After retiring from the Air Force, Dyas began his sales career in the RV industry in 2019. Born and raised in Mississippi before moving to Elkhart, Indiana, Dyas is well suited to serve Ember’s South and Southeast dealer base with his dedication and servant leadership attitude, Ember said.

Brent Shuttleworth serves as Ember’s Western regional sales manager. Shuttleworth, a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in communications/sales specialization, was a high jumper on the track team, started working in the RV industry in retail in 2013. From there, he was hired as a RSM in wholesale in 2015. Shuttleworth said he is excited to be part of the Ember team and to help build and service Ember’s dealer partners.

David Blea, a decorated former Marine Corps Infantryman, has spent the last nine years building his career in the industry on the supplier side. He has held various positions in operations management and sales, where he was focused on team engagement to develop innovative solutions for customers. Blea brings a passion for family and service and believes every day is an opportunity for growth that is rooted in integrity, his new company said.

The three will be led by Sherlin Miller, 30-year RV industry veteran who has served as Ember’s director of sales since mid-2021.

“The energy, drive, determination and dedication of these three gentlemen is unparalleled,” said Miller. “They’re all actively focused on serving our dealer partners and aiding in Ember’s success. Their unique talents and strengths are assets to Ember and we’re glad to welcome them to our growing team!”

Ember will be showcasing new enhancements and innovations to dealer partners and guests at its second annual new product Expo on September 26-29 at its on-site campground. In addition to showing off enhancements to the Overland Series, Ember will introduce its second product offering – so far only known as “the rumor.”
