Lightspeed, a provider of RV dealership management software, announced the integration of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Decoding for Keystone RV, Dutchmen RV, Crossroads RV and all Forest River RV brands.
The new feature allows users to import essential vehicle information with just a VIN, streamlining operations and saving valuable time.
After the user enters a VIN, Lightspeed populates vehicle details and specifications that the dealer can access from within the system, removing the need for manual entry, saving time and improving the customer experience.

Keystone RV, Dutchmen RV and Crossroads RV also recently had service bulletins and recall information added to their capabilities within the Lightspeed software, further simplifying the process of entering and referencing information.
