Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS) announced a new online event series launching this month, dubbed the Dealership Insights Forum.
The forum will be a monthly meeting with dealers to discuss market trends, share best practices and gain insight on how dealers are running their day-to-day operations.
“In each session, we’ll dive into topics like market trends and data including RECT, sales and warranty, technology innovations, customer engagement strategies and more,” IDS said on its website.
The series’ inaugural gathering is slated Friday, April 26, at 11:30 a.m. EST/8:30 a.m. PST. The meeting will address the impact of warranty on RECT and will run for 30 minutes.
Event host Don Miller is a senior data consultant at IDS’ Constellation Dealer Group. The inaugural event will feature guest speaker Bob Scholl, assistant general manager at Rocky Mountain RV & Marine in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Upcoming talks in the series include “Triage” on May 24 and “Parts Chain” on June 21.
