The convention/expo will take place Nov. 11-15 at Paris Las Vegas and is sponsored by RVDA of U.S., RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.

Ziebron is president of VRZ Consulting, which has been in business for more than three decades helping OEMs and dealerships of all sizes. The company’s mission is to increase customer loyalty and dealership profitability while reducing job stress.

During her first presentation at 11 a.m. on Nov. 14, she will host “Upper Management’s Role in Service Success” as part of the fixed ops and dealer/general manager education tracks.

In this session, attendees will:

  • Learn the key differences between sales and service workers — and how to adjust your leadership style to better communicate with and motivate them
  • Uncover some of the biggest opportunities for upper management to strengthen shop efficiency and employee satisfaction
  • Explore the most vital shop metrics — why they matter and what can be done to support excellent results with greater consistency

Next, at 12:15 p.m. on Nov. 14, Ziebron will cover “Tune Up Your Shop for Maximum Performance” as part of the fixed ops track.

Learning objectives:

  • What you can do to keep your shop running smoother while optimizing efficiency
  • How to get more out of your shop without adding more staff
  • No-cost tools that can drastically improve the bottom line for every department

Then, at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 14, she will present “Recalibrate Your Selling Mindset” in the business innovation track. This workshop will help dealers shake out of survival mode and position themselves for optimum success in 2025.

Learning objectives:

  • Understand the relationship between your thoughts and your results
  • Practice ways to develop and maintain your positive thoughts — even through tough patches
  • Assess your current sales mindset
