Eberspächer To Exhibit at ’24 Caravan Salon
Eberspächer announced that it will be showcasing products for electric and conventional drives at this year’s Caravan Salon in Duesseldorf, Germany. Attendees will find the E-Airtronic EHV1 230V/ 110V and more at the Booth B11 in Hall 13, the company said.
With the E-Airtronic EHV1, Eberspächer said it is applying the successful Airtronic series to e-mobility. The 230 V and 110 V versions of the electric air heater with 1 kW heating performance, specially developed for battery-powered electric vehicles, provide targeted heat where wanted during the winter months. The PTC technology used makes reliable heater operation possible. The device’s protected modular design ensures a wide range of product variations and flexible application options. It also offers a choice of different outlets and air systems. Furthermore, it allows the additional integration of a coolant heating component, for example, to keep the interior of hybrid vehicles at the right temperature while driving. The removable filter makes maintenance easier. The heater’s compact design, measuring 207 millimeters in length and 139 millimeters in height, further simplifies installation. The E-Airtronic also offers quiet operation for a restful night’s sleep — thanks, among others, to the stepless and brushless blower. The device is also ideal for use in caravans and motorhomes with conventional or hybrid drives — via an onshore power supply or an energy management system. The low weight of just 1.45 kilograms has a positive effect on the camper’s or caravan’s maximum permissible weight.
Efficient air-conditioning system with user-friendly control options
For the summer and transitional seasons, Eberspächer presents its Breezonic Performance. The rooftop air-conditioning system with heat pump heats or cools as required by reversing the cycle. Its quiet operation and the additional night mode guarantee relaxing peace and quiet, the company said. The system also offers compact dimensions, low weight and high performance efficiency. The refrigerant R32 used for operation is more environmentally friendly than R410A. The product family features two versions in the power classes 2.5 and 3.6 kW for individual comfort requirements. The Breezonic offers a wide range of operating options. The touch panel integrated in the air distributor allows control directly on the appliance. In addition, the roof system can be controlled with the corresponding app via Bluetooth or with an optional infrared remote control. The optionally available EasyStart Touch, which is permanently installed on the wall and has an internal temperature sensor, offers intuitive and uncomplicated operation via the touchscreen. The glass front ensures an elegant design and easy cleaning. In addition to RVs, the Breezonic is also suitable for caravans.
Air & water heaters for all power classes
Eberspächer will also be exhibiting its product families of air and water heaters on-site at Caravan Salon. The third generation of Airtronic features quickly available heat with optimized power consumption in all output classes from 2 to 8 kW. The Hydronic offers a high heating output of up to 12 kW in larger RVs. EasyStart Pro, as an intelligent permanently mounted operating element, and the Internet-based EasyStart Web control system ensure straightforward operation via app or browser.
